1.What the tool does
AIPráce is a software tool that you operate and that helps you prepare a working draft of your thesis. Specifically, it does the following:
- searches for and suggests academic sources on your topic and compiles them into a list of bibliographic records,
- proposes an outline and a chapter structure following the conventions of your school and market,
- generates draft text for chapters and subchapters, the abstract, the introduction and the conclusion,
- inserts citations into the text and reconciles them with the list of references in the citation style you choose,
- formats the document (title pages, assignment page, declaration, table of contents, lists, appendices) and exports it to .docx and .pdf, optionally following a template you upload.
The result is a working draft, not a finished thesis. The text you receive is a proposal. You must read it, rewrite it in your own words, verify every fact and every source in it, add your own analysis and your own data, and you must be able to defend all of its content before an examination board. The tool does none of this for you and cannot do so.
2.What the Provider does not do
The Provider does not produce final theses or parts of them for other people. It does not accept orders to write a thesis, does not offer such a service, does not advertise it and does not broker it, whether directly or through third parties.
The Provider is not an educational institution, an academic body or the author of your work. It does not act as a supervisor, thesis advisor, opponent or consultant, and it assumes neither authorship of nor responsibility for the content of the work you submit.
This boundary is deliberate. Under Section 102 of Act No. 300/2025 Coll. on higher education (until 31 August 2026, Section 108l of Act No. 131/2002 Coll.), the Slovak law to which the Provider as a Slovak company is subject, a legal person commits an administrative offence if it produces a final thesis or part of it for another person, or advertises, offers or brokers such production. AIPráce is a tool that you operate, whose inputs you supply and whose output you edit and submit. The Provider does not produce the work for you and does not offer to do so.
You are always the author and the submitter of your work.
3.Your obligations when using artificial intelligence
The rules for using artificial intelligence in a thesis are always set by the university in its own internal regulations. Read your university's internal regulations and your department's instructions before you generate anything. Some universities permit the use of artificial intelligence provided the extent is disclosed, some restrict it to certain phases of the work (for example literature search or language editing), and some prohibit it entirely. The tool does not know these rules and does not check them.
If you study at a Slovak university, the following provisions of Act No. 300/2025 Coll. on higher education also apply to you:
- Section 93(3)(d) obliges the student to state truthfully in the thesis whether and how artificial intelligence tools were used in its preparation.
- Section 101 permits the use of artificial intelligence output in a thesis where it complies with the university's internal regulations and where the origin of that output is stated in the work.
- Section 8(2) leaves the rules on the use of artificial intelligence to the internal regulations of each university.
If you study elsewhere, the rules of your university and the law of your country apply. In practice, however, the duty to follow your university's rules and to disclose the use of artificial intelligence truthfully is the same.
4.The declaration of authorship and the AI clause
The tool inserts the declaration into the thesis as a pre-filled template that you can edit in the editor. Its wording differs by document structure, because each market has its own convention. The differences are as follows:
- Slovak structure: Čestné vyhlásenie in the front matter, including a clause on the use of artificial intelligence tools. It declares that the work was prepared independently using the listed literature and artificial intelligence tools, that those tools were used in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, academic rights and freedoms, ethical and moral principles and while maintaining academic integrity, and that their use is appropriately indicated in the work.
- Czech, Polish, German, Hungarian and British or continental English structures: a declaration of independent authorship in the local convention (Prohlášení, Oświadczenie, Eidesstattliche Erklärung, Eredetiségi nyilatkozat, Declaration of Authorship). These formulas do not contain an AI clause.
- US structure: no declaration is generated at all. In that convention originality is confirmed by a committee-signed approval page issued by the school, not by an honour declaration from the author.
So if you generate a thesis in any structure other than the Slovak one and your university requires disclosure of artificial intelligence, you must add the clause to the declaration yourself. Do not assume the tool will insert it.
In every case the declaration is your own statement. You sign it and you are responsible for its truthfulness.
5.Marking of outputs under the AI Act
Under Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) you are expressly informed that when using the Service you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a human being, and that all generated text is the output of an artificial intelligence system or a combination of such systems.
Under Article 50(2) of the same Regulation, the exported document carries a machine-readable marking that its content is artificially generated. The marking is stored in the file metadata, not in the visible text of the work.
Note two practical limitations. The marking is not preserved if you copy the text into another document or convert the file with a tool that does not retain metadata. And the marking in no way replaces your own disclosure of the use of artificial intelligence as required by your university.
6.What the tool does not guarantee
To be clear about what to expect from the tool and what not to:
- We do not guarantee originality. Generative language models can produce passages similar to publicly available texts or to texts generated for other users. We do not check for overlap with other works and cannot rule it out.
- We do not guarantee that the work will pass a plagiarism check or an AI content detector. Systems such as CRZP, Theses.cz or commercial detectors operate under their own, continually changing rules. The output may be flagged by such a system as artificially generated, and we have no influence over that assessment.
- We do not guarantee any grade, acceptance of the work or a successful defence. Assessment is exclusively a matter for the university, the supervisor, the opponent and the examination board.
- We do not guarantee factual accuracy. Models can state an inaccurate or untrue fact, or invent a source, a statistic, a citation or a DOI. Verify every fact and every source against the original.
- We do not replace your supervisor. The tool does not know your department's instructions, your faculty's methodological guidance or your supervisor's expectations.
7.How to use the output properly
The procedure we recommend, and which matches what the tool is designed for:
- Read your university's internal regulations on the use of artificial intelligence and your department's instructions before you generate anything.
- Treat the output as a draft. Rewrite it in your own words and add your own argumentation, your own data and your own conclusions.
- Locate every source in the original and check that it actually exists and that it says what the text claims. Remove any source you cannot verify.
- Disclose the use of artificial intelligence in the way your university requires and to the extent you actually used it.
- Consult your supervisor as you go. That consultation is also the best test of whether the output is usable for your department.
- Before the defence, go through the whole text so that you can explain and defend every part of it.
If you skip any of these steps, the risk is yours. The Provider is not liable for the academic or disciplinary consequences of using the output, including refusal of admission to the defence, rejection of the work, disciplinary proceedings or withdrawal of a degree.

This document supplements the Terms and Conditions and explains the part of them that concerns artificial intelligence and academic integrity. In the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
